• infringe another person's rights, including portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights;
• create, upload, distribute, export, or print false, fraudulent, infringing, illegal, or harmful content;
• reverse engineer, crack, bypass security measures, interfere with app operation, or make unauthorized commercial use of the app.

3. User Content

Photos, documents, layouts, and other content that you import or create in Print Layout remain owned by you or the original rights holder. We do not claim ownership of your user content except for the limited processing needed to provide local editing, previewing, exporting, printing, and related app functions.

You must ensure that you have the rights or permissions needed to process the content you use. You are solely responsible for any dispute or liability arising from your use, storage, sharing, export, or printing of such content.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, interface design, functional logic, icons, text, code, and related materials of Print Layout are owned by the developer or the relevant rights holders, except for content that legally belongs to third parties or content provided by users. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise use all or any part of the app.

5. Third-Party Services and System Features

Print Layout may use system features such as camera, photo library, files, sharing, and printing. These system services are provided by Apple or the device operating system, and their availability, permission settings, and processing rules are subject to the applicable system settings and service terms.

6. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the stability and availability of the app, but we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free on every device, system version, printer, paper size, or network environment. You should review the size, layout, color, clarity, and final output before official printing or submission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from the use of or inability to use Print Layout, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use based on feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated terms may be shown in the app, on a webpage, or by other reasonable means. If you continue to use Print Layout after the terms are updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

Minors should use Print Layout only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should reasonably supervise a minor's use of the app, content handling, and print output.
