Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of FusePixel (豆图), the fuse-bead pattern app developed by MicroFish. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain in effect. Your download and use of the app are also subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms.

What the app provides

FusePixel lets you convert selected pictures into patterns, adjust images and colors, edit individual cells, follow build progress, and export patterns and materials lists. These tools operate locally on your device. Features may vary with your device, operating system, and app version; local AI conversion requires a compatible bundled model. If that model is unavailable, dominant-color and average-color conversion remain available.

Permitted use

You may use the app for lawful creative work. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass protections, or distribute unauthorized copies of the software. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. You must follow applicable law when importing, modifying, or sharing content.

Your pictures and patterns

You retain the rights you have in your imported pictures and original contributions to your patterns. You are responsible for having permission to use source material and for respecting copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and other rights. Creating or exporting a pattern does not grant you rights to the underlying material or guarantee that it may be sold or redistributed. MicroFish does not acquire ownership of your content merely because you process it in the app.

App intellectual property

The app software, original interface elements, and MicroFish branding belong to MicroFish or their respective licensors. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party components, models, and palette data remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights. References to bead brands identify palette compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Pattern accuracy and physical materials

Generated patterns and materials counts are practical estimates, not guarantees. Pictures, screen settings, color matching, palette data, and the appearance of physical beads can produce differences. AI and other conversions may lose detail or select unexpected colors. Check dimensions, color codes, bead availability, and your exported files before purchasing materials or starting a build.

Crafting safety

The app provides digital guidance and does not supervise physical crafting. Beads are small parts and can pose a choking hazard. Heating tools and melted materials may cause burns or other injury. Follow the bead and equipment manufacturers’ instructions, use appropriate ventilation and supervision, and keep small parts and hot tools away from young children.

Local storage and backups

Projects and preferences are saved on your device. Deleting a project, removing the app and its data, losing a device, or encountering a software or storage failure can cause loss of work. Keep independent exports or backups of important projects. MicroFish does not provide a developer-operated cloud recovery service for this version.

Third-party services

You choose whether to use system sharing, external storage, email, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MicroFish does not control their availability or how they handle the files you send to them.

Updates and availability

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features and release updates. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, or future version. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MicroFish is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including lost work or costs incurred by relying on generated patterns. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including any applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The updated date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the app.
