These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MBTI Test Personality ("MBTI Test", the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. A minor may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The service

MBTI Test provides 20-question quick, 70-question standard, and 93-question full personality assessments; reports for 16 personality types; career, work-style, relationship, communication, and personal-growth insights; search; test history; result sharing; and personality-related rhythm insights. Features and available report content may change over time.

Questionnaire answers, results, and test history are stored locally on the device. You are responsible for retaining any information you wish to keep. Local history may be lost if you delete it or uninstall the App, and it may not be transferable to another device.

Advertising and MBTI Pro

The free version may display advertising supplied through Google AdMob. An active Monthly or Yearly MBTI Pro subscription unlocks the Pro report content and removes ads while the entitlement remains valid. Advertising and third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, consent requirements, and device controls. Ads and linked offers are supplied by third parties. Their availability and content may change, and following an ad may take you to a service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Monthly MBTI Pro and Yearly MBTI Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. The localized price and subscription period are shown on the App Store purchase screen before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account and restore eligible purchases from within the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes payments and handles billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, price changes, and purchase disputes under its applicable policies. We cannot directly charge, cancel, or refund an Apple transaction. Pro access may end if a subscription expires or Apple reports that the entitlement was refunded, revoked, or is otherwise no longer valid.

Acceptable use

You must not use the App unlawfully, infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, interfere with the App or its services, bypass advertising, purchase, entitlement, or security controls, reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use automated or technical measures to disrupt the experience of other users.

Ownership and user content

The App, its software, interface, original copy, graphics, and included materials are owned by MicroFish or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for content you choose to enter or share and must have the rights and permissions needed to use or distribute it.

Personality-test disclaimer

MBTI Test results, reports, career suggestions, relationship insights, and rhythm information are provided for self-reflection, education, and entertainment only. They are not medical or psychological diagnoses and do not replace advice from a qualified mental-health, medical, legal, financial, education, or career professional. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for an important personal or professional decision.

Availability and liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that results will describe every person accurately or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroFish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue available free or Pro features when the App, legal requirements, or service availability changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, fraud, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.

Apple terms and contact
