• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
• Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• We may change available subscription plans or free-tier limits in future versions of the App.

7. Your Content and Local Data

Calm Bloom lets you create or store certain personal data on your device, such as mood check-ins, notes, favorites, reading history, reminder preferences, and display preferences. You remain responsible for the content you choose to enter into the App.

In the current version, Calm Bloom is designed to operate primarily through local, on-device storage. You acknowledge that deleting the App, resetting your device, or changing system permissions may affect your stored data or feature availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
• copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
• circumvent subscription, entitlement, or access controls;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights; or
• interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, layout, bundled affirmation content, breathing flows, widgets, graphics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except for the limited license granted above, all rights are reserved by the developer and its licensors.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including content, features, pricing, compatibility, and availability. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available forever.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Bloom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, revenue, profits, or device functionality arising out of or related to your use of Calm Bloom.

Where the law permits limitation of liability, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for Calm Bloom in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $20 if you have not made a purchase, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or if we discontinue the App, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

15. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or through an updated published version of this Agreement.
