• 1. Overview Daily Weight is a fully local, ad‑free health & wellness tracker. We designed it so you can log and review personal health data without creating an account and without sending your private information to our servers—because we do not operate any data collection server for user records. 2. Data You Can Store Locally The app lets you optionally record the following categories (all stored only on your device unless you explicitly export or back them up using system features such as iCloud device backups): Body measurements: weight, body fat %, BMI (derived), target weight
• Nutrition & food journal entries (including optional text notes & photos)
• Water / hydration intake
• Workout & exercise logs
• Menstrual / period cycle data (if you choose to use that feature)
• Bowel movement tracking
• Daily notes / reflections
• Locally stored images you attach to entries

All data is stored in an on‑device SQLite database plus UserDefaults for certain settings & preferences.

3. No Account, No Ads, No Third‑Party Trackers

• No login or registration is required.
• No advertising SDKs or third‑party analytics SDKs are integrated.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. HealthKit (Apple Health) Integration (If Enabled)

If you choose to grant permission, the app may read or write specific data types (e.g., body weight) through Apple HealthKit. HealthKit data is handled solely on your device and follows Apple’s HealthKit policies. You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

We never transmit HealthKit data off your device.

5. Photos & Media

Food or progress photos you attach stay in the app’s sandbox (or the system photo library if you explicitly choose images from it). We do not upload them.

6. Crash & Diagnostic Information

Standard, anonymized crash logs may be collected by Apple (if you opted in at the system level) and presented to us in aggregate form. These logs contain no health record contents, only technical diagnostics (e.g., stack traces).

7. Data Security

Your data remains on your device. Please keep your device secure (passcode / Face ID / Touch ID). If you enable iCloud device backup or local encrypted backups via iTunes/Finder, your app data will be included there under Apple’s security model.

8. Data Portability & Deletion

You can delete entries (or the entire app) at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data that is not separately backed up. If you previously exported data manually (e.g., to a file), you should delete that export yourself if you wish to remove it.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the minimum age required for independent consent in your jurisdiction. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has stored data, you can delete the app from the device to remove it.

10. International Use

Because data stays on your device, there is no cross‑border transfer performed by us.

11. Policy Changes

Material updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date” at the top. Substantive changes may be mentioned in release notes.
