Agreement

By downloading or using xweight, also shown in the app as Daily Weight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

The app provides personal weight, fasting, nutrition, activity, body-measurement, photo, and wellness tracking tools. Free features do not require a purchase. Features clearly marked Pro require an active Pro entitlement.

Health disclaimer

The app is a general wellness and record-keeping tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Calculations, recognition results, trends, and suggestions are estimates. Verify important measurements and consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly Pro renews monthly and Yearly Pro renews yearly. The full localized price for the selected period is shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. No free trial applies unless the purchase screen explicitly shows one. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account.

Managing purchases

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account and restore eligible purchases in the app. Apple handles billing, refunds, taxes, price changes, Family Sharing eligibility, and purchase disputes under its applicable policies.

User content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of records and photos you add. You grant only the limited permission needed to process content for features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the app, disrupt services, upload unlawful content, or infringe another person's rights.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Platform and network features may be delayed or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms and contact
