• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it
• Use the App to process images you do not have the right to use

2. Subscriptions

InSketch offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:

• Monthly VIP: Billed monthly
• Yearly VIP: Billed annually

Subscription terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. VIP Features

VIP subscribers gain access to:

• Premium sketch effects and AI art styles
• Premium paper and canvas textures
• Ad-free experience
• Watermark-free exports

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, effects, and AI models, is the intellectual property of MicroFish. You retain all rights to your original photos. Artwork created using InSketch belongs to you and may be used freely.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos and images you process using the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use any photos you import into the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroFish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
