Print Layout is an Android application provided by YVTeam. This policy applies to the Android app, including the Google Play listing named Print Layout: Exact Photo Size. It explains how the app accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.

Content processed on your device

The app processes photos, images, the first page of imported PDF documents, text, canvas content, paper and layout settings, drafts, thumbnails, and export settings that you choose. Importing, editing, previewing, saving drafts, and exporting take place locally on your device. The app does not upload this content to YVTeam.

The current Android app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or payment services. It does not automatically collect or transmit personal data to YVTeam or a tracking service.

System pickers, sharing, and printing

The app uses the Android Photo Picker and system document picker to access content you select, without requesting broad access to your media library. A picker may offer content from a cloud provider you use; that provider handles retrieval under its own policy.

When you choose to save, share, open, or print an exported file, Android may send the selected file to the destination, application, print service, or printer you choose. Those parties handle the content under their own policies. YVTeam does not receive a copy merely because you use these features.

Local storage, retention, and deletion

Imported asset copies, drafts, thumbnails, and settings are stored in the app's private storage. Temporary exports are stored in its cache. Cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled by the app's Android backup rules.

Deleting a draft removes its saved layout, but imported asset copies may remain in app storage. To remove all app-private content and settings, use Android Settings to clear the app's storage/data or uninstall the app. Export important work first. Clearing only the cache does not remove every draft or imported asset.

Files you save outside the app, send to another app, or print are separate copies. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not delete those copies; delete them at the destination where appropriate. Android or your device may clear temporary cache files.

Feedback email

Send Feedback opens a compatible email application with a draft containing the device manufacturer and model, Android version, and Print Layout version. You can review, edit, or remove this information before sending. The app does not send the message automatically.

If you send feedback, YVTeam receives your email address and the message, device details, or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the app. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to request its deletion, subject to any lawful retention obligations. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy policy.

Security and your choices

App-private storage and Android's permission controls restrict access to local app data. No device, storage system, or communication method is completely secure. You control the content you import and the destinations you choose. Protect sensitive photos and documents, and review files before sharing or printing.

Because the app has no user accounts, there is no account-deletion process. Use the local deletion controls described above; contact YVTeam about information you voluntarily send in support emails.

Children

Print Layout is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through support correspondence. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
