These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of InstaText:Ins Story Text Maker ("InstaText", the "App"). By downloading or using InstaText, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

The service

InstaText is a text-only Story editor with horizontal and vertical typography, hundreds of colors, multiple backgrounds, text frames and fonts, Instagram Story preview, posting shortcuts, gallery saving, and sharing to Instagram and Facebook. Backgrounds, frames and fonts may be updated over time.

Instagram disclaimer

InstaText does not download Instagram media to your device gallery. InstaText and its makers are not sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Facebook are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.

InstaText Pro Unlimited

InstaText Pro Unlimited unlocks all features and paid editing materials, including background images, frames and fonts, and removes watermarks and advertisements. Purchase options displayed by the App Store may include monthly, seasonal and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a permanent one-time purchase. Prices and availability are shown in your storefront before purchase.

Subscription details

• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm a purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown for the selected plan.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in Account Settings after purchase. Deleting InstaText does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Purchases, billing, cancellation and refund requests are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the text, photos and other content you use in InstaText. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit, save and share that content. Do not use the App to infringe another person's copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or for unlawful or abusive activity.

Ownership, availability and changes

InstaText, its software, interface and included editing materials are owned by MicroFish or its licensors. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaText is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. MicroFish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as InstaText changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, contact MicroFish at the email address below.
