These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to MBTI Test for Android ("MBTI Test", the "App"), provided by MicroFish. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App. Minors may use it only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

License and the service

MicroFish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on compatible Android devices in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The App offers personality questionnaires, reports for 16 personality types, test history, and result sharing. Available features and report content may change over time.

Questionnaire answers, results, and test history are stored locally. You are responsible for keeping any results you want to retain. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local history, and we do not provide developer-operated cloud recovery or guarantee transfer to another device.

Advertising and MBTI Pro

The free version may display advertisements supplied through Google AdMob. An active Monthly MBTI Pro or Yearly MBTI Pro subscription unlocks Pro report content and removes ads while the entitlement remains valid. Ads and linked offers come from third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. Ad availability and personalization depend on applicable consent requirements, device controls, and service availability.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Monthly MBTI Pro and Yearly MBTI Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Google Play. The price, billing period, and applicable purchase terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Unless canceled, Google Play charges the payment method associated with your Google Account at the start of each billing cycle under the terms shown at purchase. No free trial or promotional period is promised unless shown in the purchase offer.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions using the Google Account used for the purchase. After cancellation, access normally continues through the period already paid for, and the subscription does not renew. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data does not cancel a subscription.

Eligible subscription access is associated with the Google Account used for the purchase, subject to Google Play entitlement checks. Pro access may end when a subscription expires or its entitlement is refunded, revoked, or otherwise no longer valid. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled under Google Play refund policies and applicable law. A refund is not guaranteed; contact Google Play or [email protected] for assistance. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and third-party services

The Android Privacy Policy explains local test storage, AdMob data processing, Google Play purchases, sharing, and privacy controls. Android system features, Google Play, Google AdMob, and destinations you choose to share with are provided by third parties and subject to their respective terms, policies, and availability.

Ownership and acceptable use

MicroFish or its licensors retain rights in the App, software, interface, and original materials. You are responsible for content you enter or share and for having any necessary rights or permissions. Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, disrupt its operation, or bypass advertising, purchase, entitlement, or security controls. Reverse engineering is restricted except where applicable law permits it.

Personality-test disclaimer

Personality results and reports are provided for self-reflection, education, and entertainment. They are not medical or psychological diagnoses and do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Do not use the App as the sole basis for important health, employment, relationship, or other personal decisions.

Availability, liability, and changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee accurate results for every person, uninterrupted service, recovery of local data, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, MicroFish is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these Terms or change available features when the App, service availability, or applicable requirements change. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, unlawful use, security risks, or material violations. The effective date identifies this version.
